The hotel was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff, Sylvia, was extra helpful and friendly. She made a great recommendation for dinner and made me feel very welcomed. I would stay here every time and recommend this hotel to everyone.

We spent two nights it’s a great hotel nice room. Beds are not bad. The only issue we had was the housekeeping is by request only ? We were not made aware of this, we returned from a long day at Bush Gardens to an un made room. So be aware of this new reality. Also if your room is overlooking the pool that is lit up like the sun at night you have to play with the tiny shade too.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a a good variety of items and front staff were pleasant and attentive. One staff member stood out and that was Sylvia at the front desk. She went out of her way to make certain all my needs weee met.|I’ll be back!

I love this hotel. Rooms are big and spacious, clean and comfortable for families. Small bar downstairs. Breakfast is very good. Staff is always great with check in and outs.

I regularly stay at this SpringHill location for business and when my family is in town, and it is consistently a wonderful experience. In particular, Sylvia (a staff member) is always kind, helpful, and incredibly prompt when assisting me throughout the duration of my stay. I always look for Sylvia whenever I stay here, and she always welcomes me with a smile and stops by for a brief chat. As long as the staffing (and rooms and amenities) remain as great as they are, I will continue to stay at this SpringHill. If you are looking for a hotel to stay when you're in town (or even when you're visiting Tampa/Orlando), I would strongly recommend that you stay here!

Having a wonderful stay. We needed to print some things for a conference last minute and Sylvia was so eager to help! She went above and beyond to help us get it done. Thank you! Our room was ready quickly and the front desk staff was very helpful. We are looking forward to the rest of our stay here.

Nice location, clean hotel, good breakfast. I stayed for three nights at this establishment for a work conference. The proximity to downtown, Florida Southern University (where the conference was held), and a variety of restaurants and coffee shops was overall quite good. My room was very clean, and anytime I required assistance the staff were always friendly, helpful, and prompt. The air conditioning was not the most frigid, but certainly comfortable enough. I enjoyed the variety of breakfast options, especially the quiche. I had an excellent experience overall.

We had such an amazing stay, Sylvia i believe was her name did such an amazing job. We got there a little early and we wanted to shower and she did such a great job getting us our room. Thank you so much ! Thank you Sylvta. Such a wonderful hotel! And wonderful staff!!
